The Maryland Cannabis Administration and the Office of Social Equity have announced next steps for individuals interested in applying for a Maryland cannabis license.
Prospective applicants who want to apply for a grower, processor, or dispensary license in the first round must verify themselves as social equity applicants through the MCA portal between September 8 – November 7. Learn more here.
